This product is covered under Carress’s Warranty Policy with a 15-Year Full Replacement Guarantee, followed by a Lifetime Limited Warranty, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

This guarantee is valid only within Malaysia and ensures complete confidence in the quality, craftsmanship, and durability of our products.

FIFTEEN (15) YEARS FULL REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE + FOREVER WARRANTY

Any manufacturing defects detected within the 15-year period will qualify for a one-to-one mattress replacement at no additional cost. However, all transportation costs associated with returning the defective product and delivering the replacement must be borne by the purchaser.

Carress reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality if identical materials are not available at the time of replacement. Normal body impressions on the quilted surface of the mattress that measure less than 2 cm are considered standard and do not qualify for replacement.

This is a natural response of the upholstery layers adjusting to body contours.

We will not be held responsible for any product replacement or repair carried out outside our official service channels.

FOREVER WARRANTY:

In the event of a Defect (as defined below), Carress’s sole liability and your sole remedy under this Warranty will be:

• For the first 15 years of ownership, Carress will replace your mattress with a brand-new Carress mattress of equal or greater value at absolutely no charge to you.
• From year 15 onwards, Carress will, at its sole discretion, either repair and re-cover your mattress or replace it with a new one.

A transportation fee will apply based on your location, which will be waived if a Defect is confirmed by Carress.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:

To qualify for this Warranty, you must fulfill the following conditions:

• The mattress must be used on a firm, solid-surface base that is structurally capable of supporting both the mattress and the user(s) for the entire period of use.
• You must provide the original proof of purchase when making a warranty claim.

If a claim occurs after the 15th year:

• A transportation fee will be charged based on your location for the shipping of replaced or repaired mattresses.
• This fee will be waived upon Carress’s verification of a material or workmanship defect.
• At Carress’s discretion, photo or video evidence of the defect may be accepted in lieu of returning the mattress for initial inspection.

THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER:

• Normal wear and tear over the years
• Mattress damages resulting from abnormal use, including but not limited to improper handling, bending, or excessive pressure on the structure
• Unsanitary or stained bedding, including those damaged by liquid spills, burns, or infestations
• Mattresses used on improper foundations, such as bed frames without center support or those not designed for the product
• External fabric damage, including cuts, tears, pilling, or peeling caused by misuse
• Commercial use, unless the product is specifically designed and built for commercial purposes
• Comfort preference changes, as mattress firmness levels are subjective and not considered a manufacturing defect
• Failure to provide valid proof of purchase
